Hotel a Pleasant Valley

“The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

“Property is pristine, quiet, extremely comfortable, lots of space, great outdoor deck. It is very near Omega institute. It vould easily be used for personal retreat because it is nestled in quiet woods. We would defitely return enroute to Maine or NE for a night's stay.”

“I purchased the insurance to where I can cancel or if something goes wrong show up from Vermont and no clerk no nothing couldn’t call anyone They refused to return $200. So therefore not honest and if they behave that way All Set”

“To be honest I was surprised that upon entry I went downstairs to the room, but as the property is on a hill it is not a basement room. It’s Kingston and it’s a historic property - the landlords have done a lovely job, the room was well appointed, and the team were wonderfully helpful and responsive, and helped me with my bags. Parking on site was helpful. And I even did a load of laundry while there.”

“Didn't have breakfast. Inn was very deserted. Had to call maintenance to fix curtains and tv. Chairs n rugs worn and stained. Reception, maid, and maintenance man all nice and helpful.”

“Perfect place to stay the night. You can hear the train passing by, but there are ear plugs and a white noise machine in the room. It didn't bother us at all, but it might other folks”

“Asked for non smoking. First room had burns on the floor and reeked of cigarettes. I smoke, outside, so the the smell was bad. Clerk said folks had stayed couple days before and smoked in it. Said "they cleaned it". While it was clean, the smell could not be removed. Once placed in a new room it was ok. Every door even from the lobby, needed a key card to enter. Property needs help. No breakfast. Pay a little more stay down the road.”

“Nonostante il preavviso di una settimana non sono riuscita ad entrare in contatto con i gestori per cancellare la prenotazione ed avere un rimborso ( unico modo era un contatto telefonico ma dall'italia complicato) Sarebbe andato bene anche un rimborso parziale, nulla. Alla mail con la mia richiesta non ho mai ricevuto risposta, al mio non apparire in stanza nemmeno. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno: nel mezzo della campagna senza nessun tipo di assistenza”
